Bar Machines Gateway Replacement

This guide applies to the following models:

– Linea PB;

– KB90;

– Strada X/S;

– GB5;

– Linea Calssic S.

Power Off the machine form power switch.

Replace the broken gateway with spare part gateway.

Use tech app following workflow to complete the gateway replacement procedure.

Troubleshooting

1 Serial number not registered

The WiFi network might have firewall in place preventing the machine from connecting to our cloud server for verification.

Please disable the firewall or use a hotspot for the replacement procedure.

2 Services unavaialable or services verification error

Firewall is preventing the app from communicating with the cloud server.

Disable firewall or use hotspot to prevent any error during the communication.

3 No new gateway ( Snxxxxxxxx ) detected during replacement

Verify that in your device Bluetooth module is enabled and not in standby.

Check Tech app permissions for: Bluetooth, geolocation, mobile data, LAN.

Keep the machine in Bluetooth mode to ensure that gateway module is in communication mode.

4 Wrong serial number after QR code scan

Get immediately in contact in order to obtain one updated QR code for the machine requesting support from app.

5 None of the above

Get immediately in contact requesting support from app for further invetigation.
