All Porsche x La Marzocco products carry a 24-month guarantee from the purchase date of end-customer. The guarantor is La Marzocco S.r.l.
La Marzocco guarrantes that the equipment will be commercially free of defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture and appearing during the applicable guarantee period.
This guarantee does not apply to any machine or component that has, in the judgement of La Marzocco, been affected by misuse, neglect, alteration, improper storage, installation or operation and not compliant with the parameters and guidelines as per user documentation, improper maintenance or repair, insufficient or inappropriate cleaning and/or de-scaling and any equipment failures related to poor water quality or interventions on the filter system, accidental damage.
Guarantee is also excluded in the following cases: products where serial numbers have been removed; use in environments other than domestic or home; the customer continuing to use the product after any defect became apparent or should have become apparent to a reasonably prudent operator; damages deriving from force majeure events any natural disaster like fire, flooding, earthquakes and acts of theft, vandalism, riots; damages deriving from anomalies on water and electricity mains/systems. The guarantee also does not cover shipping costs to move product to/from a La Marzocco authorized service partner.
In no event shall La Marzocco be held liable for any other damage or loss, including but not limited to lost sales, loss of use of equipment, cost of substitute equipment, facilities, services, or any other incidental or consequential damages.
This guarantee is conditional on the claimant submitting the claim within 30 (thirty) days of the failure using the official claiming channels*, and only using trained technicians appointed by La Marzocco.
If La Marzocco determines (at its sole discretion) that the claim is valid, La Marzocco undertakes to supply free of charge replacement parts and service.
