How do I control my grinder and what can I do?

After pairing your grinder to La Marzocco app you can:

  • Set the grinding time for single and double dose ( in seconds );
  • Set doses fro Grind by Weight ( requires La Marzocco connected scale );
  • Set the standby time after last grinding;
  • Turn ON or OFF the LED light;
  • See statistics;
  • Update the grinder firmware.

How to connect your device

  1. Turn off your grinder.
  2. Press and hold the first and last buttons on the control panel.
  3. While holding the buttons, turn the grinder back on.
  4. The display should read “CONF,” indicating pairing mode is active.
  5. Open the La Marzocco App, select your Pico, and follow the pairing instructions.

Download the latest version of La Marzocco app, available for free on both iOS and Android app stores.

Log in to your existing account or create a new one to associate your La Marzocco grinder.

I can't see my WiFi in the app list while pairing my Grinder

Please note that:

  • Grinders works with 2.4GHz WiFi only;
  • Your router should broadcast signal in 2.4 or 2.4+5GHz frequency in “Meshed mode”;

Verify if:

  • some firewall is active in your network preventing the grinder from connecting;
  • Verify if some MAC address filtering is active preventing the grinder from connecting; temporarily disable the MAC address filter to allow connection and get in touch with us from the Support request form .
